Rental Policies at a Glance

The Modern & Spacious RV sleeps up to 6. Sleeping capacity counts every berth in the floorplan, so a comfortable trip usually means booking for a few fewer people than the maximum.
The Modern & Spacious RV starts at $120 per night. Longer trips cost less per night — 7 nights or more takes 10% off, and 30 nights or more takes 20% off. Check live pricing for your exact dates on the booking page.
There is no public lot. Staging is mainland Miami, then Rickenbacker to Virginia Key. Delivery and setup around Miami and Virginia Key is available as an add-on if you'd rather have it waiting at your campsite.
The Modern & Spacious RV is a bumper-pull travel trailer, so it needs a tow vehicle with a properly rated hitch. Not sure whether yours is up to it? Ask us before you book, or add delivery and setup and we'll handle the towing.
Cancel more than 30 days before your rental starts and you receive a 50% refund. Inside 30 days there is no refund, and that also covers early check-outs, no-shows, and weather interruptions. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before the start date.
Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly units for a one-time pet fee — ask us whether the Modern & Spacious RV is one of them before you book. Undisclosed pets carry a cleaning fee, and smoking inside any of our RVs is not permitted.
