What is Love Burn Rentals?

A website at loveburnrentals.com that finds RVs for people going to The Love Burn on Virginia Key, Miami. It shows RVs that independent owners list on Outdoorsy within 50 miles of the key, links to RVshare searches, and links to merchants for gear. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

Do you rent, deliver or insure RVs?

No. Love Burn Rentals owns no RVs and employs no drivers. It does not deliver, stage, set up, inspect or insure any vehicle. Where a listing offers delivery, that is the host's service at the host's price.

Who is my rental agreement with?

The host, on the marketplace where you book. Love Burn Rentals is not a party to it. Your booking runs under Outdoorsy's Terms of Service or RVshare's terms of service, plus the rules on the listing itself: cancellation, mileage, generator hours, pets, deposit and protection options. If anything on this site differs from the listing or the marketplace, the listing and the marketplace win.

Do you take my money?

No. Love Burn Rentals takes no payments, deposits or bookings. It cannot change, refund or waive a host's or a marketplace's charges. Take any money question to the host or the marketplace.

Do you earn anything when I book?

Often, yes. Most links to Outdoorsy, RVshare and gear merchants are affiliate links. If you book or buy through one, Love Burn Rentals may earn a commission from the marketplace or merchant. The marketplace or merchant sets the price you pay, and the commission does not add to it.

What does the Love Burn check on a listing mean?

It is our reading of what the owner wrote, not the owner's consent. Each month we copy the listing fields as Outdoorsy publishes them, then a text model reads the owner's description and house rules for what they say about festival use, hookups, campgrounds and event fees. The current read uses listings pulled on October 1, 2026.

Owners edit their listings, a model can misread them, and a ticked festival friendly box is a setting with no words attached. Before you pay, ask the owner in Outdoorsy messages for a written yes to four dry nights on Virginia Key.

Are the prices and listing details current?

They are as current as our last read, and they change. Rates, fees, lengths and dates come from the marketplace feed and can move between the moment you see them here and the moment you book. The marketplace booking page shows the price you will actually pay.

Are you part of The Love Burn?

No. Love Burn Rentals is not affiliated with The Love Burn, Inc., Burning Man Project or Outdoorsy, and it does not sell tickets, RV passes, pumpouts or vendor approvals. Event rules, deadlines and prices on this site are read from theloveburn.com on the dates we give next to them. The event says its dates and prices may change, so confirm with theloveburn.com before you rely on one.

Who answers the chat and the phone?

Automated systems. The chat on this site matches your question to answers we have written, and when none fits it may pass your question to an AI model. The phone line, (408) 404-5926, is answered by an AI assistant. Both give general information only. Nothing they say is a booking, a quote, or a promise from a host, a marketplace or the event.

What can't I do on the site?

Do not scrape it at a volume that slows it for other visitors, send false details through its forms, try to break its security, or use it to harass a host. Our privacy policy explains what happens to what you send us.

Who owns what is on the site?

The writing, the counts we compile and the site's own graphics belong to Love Burn Rentals. Listing photos, titles and descriptions belong to the hosts and the marketplaces that publish them. Where we publish counts as open data, the license we name with them applies. Otherwise, ask before you copy more than a short quote with a link back.

What about the sites you link to?

We do not control Outdoorsy, RVshare, theloveburn.com, merchants or any other site we link to. Their content, terms and privacy practices are their own, and a link is not an endorsement of everything there.

What if something on the site is wrong?

The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, current or error free. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will check it against the source and correct it.

What is Love Burn Rentals responsible for?

The website itself, and only to the extent the law requires. Love Burn Rentals is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on information on this site, from any rental, host, vehicle, booking or marketplace, from event decisions, or from any site we link to.

Can these terms change?

Yes. When they do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
