RV Rental Policies
Each host sets their own policies on their Outdoorsy or RVshare listing. This page summarises what to check before you book. Payment, deposits, and damage claims run under the terms of the marketplace you book on and the host's listing.
Love Burn Rentals lists Miami-area motorhomes and trailers from Outdoorsy and RVshare. Each booking is between you and the listing host on that marketplace.
Cancellation, insurance, mileage, generator, and pet rules are the ones shown on the Outdoorsy or RVshare listing you book. Read them before you confirm.
Pickup is at the location shown on the listing unless the host delivers. In the October 1, 2026 read, 136 of the 207 Outdoorsy listings within 50 miles of Virginia Key offered host delivery. Each host sets where they deliver and what it costs on the listing itself. A host delivering onto Virginia Key counts as a vendor drop-off, which Love Burn Ops must pre-approve. Sleeping in any vehicle on the key needs the Love Burn RV pass.
