Why Rent an RV for Theme camp RV rental?
Theme camps and art projects have their own deadlines (art early bird July 31, camps close September 30). If the RV is part of the camp, it has to be on the site map. Priority for interior placement: artists, participants with disabilities, special circumstances, essential structure vehicles. Do not double-file the public RV form if the camp already included the vehicle. Ask the TCO for the code. Vendor drop-offs of rental RVs need Ops approval and a SPA Service RV wristband, with a form expected in December. Wednesday Feb 10 is for listed builders. Everyone else is Thursday.

How far in advance should I book an RV for theme camp?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular events. Major events like Love Burn weekend and concert weekends can sell out quickly.
Can you deliver the RV to the venue?
Yes! We offer delivery and setup for tailgate events. We'll bring the RV to your designated spot, set it up, give you a walkthrough, and pick it up after the event. This is especially popular for customers who don't want to drive the RV themselves.
What size RV is best for tailgating?
For tailgating, we typically recommend Class A or Class C motorhomes. Class A units offer the most interior space and often have outdoor entertainment areas. Class C units are easier to drive if you're handling transportation yourself.
Do RVs have generators for power?
Yes, most of our motorhomes include onboard generators. For extended tailgating, we also offer generator rental add-ons. Many venues have shore power hookups available in RV lots—check with the venue in advance.
How many people can the RV accommodate?
Our Class A motorhomes sleep 6-8, and Class C units sleep 4-8 depending on the model. For daytime tailgating, you can comfortably host many more people with a mix of indoor and outdoor space under the awning.
