Why Rent an RV for Theme camp RV rental?
Theme camps and art projects have their own deadlines (art early bird July 31, camps close September 30). If the RV is part of the camp, it has to be on the site map. Priority for interior placement: artists, participants with disabilities, special circumstances, essential structure vehicles. Do not double-file the public RV form if the camp already included the vehicle. Ask the TCO for the code. Vendor drop-offs of rental RVs need Ops approval and a SPA Service RV wristband, with a form expected in December. Wednesday Feb 10 is for listed builders. Everyone else is Thursday.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular events. Major events like Love Burn weekend and concert weekends can sell out quickly.
Can you deliver the RV to the venue?
Delivery is arranged by the individual host, not by us. Some Outdoorsy listings offer it for a fee the host sets. Filter for delivery and confirm the address before you book. Nobody can promise a drop inside Virginia Key; the event controls access.
What size RV works best for Love Burn?
For four dry nights, pick for tank capacity and length bracket rather than square footage. A Class C is easier to drive if you are handling it yourself. A Class A holds more water and usually a bigger generator. Match the length to the pass you want to pay for.
Do RVs have generators for power?
Many motorhomes have onboard generators. Check the listing, because it is the only power you will have. Virginia Key has no shore power, no water, and no dump on site.
How many people can the RV accommodate?
Sleeping counts are on each listing. Remember that everyone on board still needs their own ticket, and the vehicle still needs a pass that matches its length.
